Fine Wool Flock
Tamarack Farm has been breeding fine wool sheep for over 25 years, beginning with our initial 3 ewes and a ram from Morehouse Farm in New York. Our fine wool flock is raised primarily for the wool, producing the soft rovings and yarns found on our products page. We have 5 colors of fine wool, ranging from white & tan to moorit to gray & natural black. All of the colors are delightful to dye as yarn.
